UA / SOFTWARE ENGINEERING / 2025

Software engineering hires, run as a documented process.

primeuxcore.com is a recruitment agency, not the employer. We source candidates, run a structured technical screening with a written scorecard for each person, and coordinate interviews through to offer. Final hiring decisions, contracts, and terms stay with the employer. No interview, offer, or placement is guaranteed.

Four stages from intake brief to interview coordination. Each row states its inputs, the owner accountable for it, and the typical duration measured in working days.

  1. 01

    Intake brief

Inputs: role scope, technology stack, seniority band, compensation range.

    Client partner 1 day
  2. 02

    Sourcing

Inputs: market map, vetted channels, passive outreach list.

    Sourcing lead 5-10 days
  3. 03

    Technical screening

Inputs: written scorecard, code review task, systems interview notes.

    Screening engineer 3-5 days
  4. 04

    Coordination

Inputs: interview schedule, feedback loops, offer logistics.

    Hiring coordinator 2-4 days

Durations are planning ranges, not commitments. Stages can run in parallel when one brief covers several roles. Read the engagement terms.

Screening protocol

Every shortlist follows the same six steps. Each step records an owner, a date, and a written pass criterion inside the candidate scorecard, so employers can see how a decision was reached instead of a summary of impressions.

  1. Review the intake brief

Pass Role scope, stack, seniority band and compensation range confirmed in writing by the hiring manager before sourcing starts.

  2. Map the market

Pass At least twelve qualified profiles per open role, each with a documented source and current availability.

  3. Run the structured technical screen

Pass Forty-five minute interview scored against a fixed rubric; no competency dimension left unscored.

  4. Check the work sample

Pass Two independent reviewers agree on the same rating band for the task or repository walkthrough.

  5. Verify motivation and logistics

Pass Notice period, location and compensation expectations confirmed in writing, not by verbal agreement alone.

  6. Hand over a ranked shortlist

Pass Scorecards and open risks disclosed; employer returns a decision on every profile within five business days.

Final hiring decisions rest with the employer. No interview, offer or placement is guaranteed.

03Role coverage

Which roles we recruit, and how long a shortlist takes

Discipline, stack and seniority band are agreed in writing at intake. The timing column shows how many working days pass between a signed intake brief and the first shortlist of three screened candidates.

Planning ranges based on intakes completed over the last four quarters. Ranges describe shortlist production, not hiring outcomes.
Discipline Core stack Seniority bands Time to shortlist
Backend engineering Go, Python, Node.js, .NET Middle, Senior, Staff 10-14 days
Mobile Swift, Kotlin, Flutter, React Native Middle to Lead 12-18 days
Data engineering Python, dbt, Airflow, PostgreSQL Middle to Principal 14-21 days
Embedded and IoT C, C++, Rust, FreeRTOS, Zephyr Senior, Lead 18-26 days
QA and test automation TypeScript, Playwright, Appium, pytest Junior to Lead 7-12 days
Platform and DevOps Kubernetes, Terraform, AWS, GitLab CI Senior, Staff 12-16 days

These are planning ranges, not delivery guarantees. Sourcing starts once the intake brief is signed; fee structure and reporting cadence are set out in the engagement terms.
